Damage inspection carried out in our PDR specialist workshop
Starting of repair is always preceded by a damage inspection in our specialist workshop. Then we determine the repairability and the expected cost of the repair. The inspection can only be done in our workshop specializing in paintless dent repair, using special tools and according to professional procedures.
We do not inspect in street conditions!
The inspection is mandatory for Casco insurance as well as self-financed repairs. There is a fee for the inspection, which is included in the amount of the repair, if the customer uses the repair service of our company.
If a preliminary claim has already been made by an insurance company or another repair shop, after consultation with the customer, we can request a supplementary inspection of the vehicle in order to eliminate inaccuracies.
Car repair for Casco insurance can only begin if the insurer has decided about the legal basis, the client has given our company a written mandate and presented the original and copied documents required by the contracted insurer to us. For example, a copy of the car registration and license, in the case of a bank-financed vehicle, the bank assignment statement. In the case of self-financing, we also ask for a written authorization to carry out the repair based on the damage assessment.
