Factors for pricing

The repairability and repair fee of paintless PDR dent repairs are basically determined by three factors, the location, quantity and size of the dents. In addition to these, the price of ice damage and dent repair is also influenced by the structure, type and body material of the damaged car. Ice damage repair for Casco insurance has another component. This is the value of the vehicle, which is established by the insurance company in an official evaluation with the help of a computer program. The received amount also determines the repair value limit. If the amount of damage exceeds the given value, the car is classified as economically unrepairable, a total loss, and the amount of damage is settled as a unit.

Cost calculation

In order to calculate the amount of repairing, insurers and workshops use a software calculation program compiled according to international standards, what regularly updated is. The program determines the price of the repair, material requirements, and work hours that can be spent.

Our company also uses a software operating on a similar principle to quote prices for self-financed repairs.

Payment options

In addition to occasional cash payments, our company offers our customers next three options for settling repair invoices:

In all cases, the bank costs are borne by our company. For the total amount of the repair, our company issues an invoice to the name or to the company, which includes VAT of 27%

Requesting for an offer

Paintless dent and ice damage repair can only be priced correctly based on an inspection in a specialist workshop. We can only give our customers price information of an informative nature by phone or e-mail. If you are unable to visit us due to other limitations, in some cases we will try to prepare an approximate price offer based on photos sent electronically. However, this can unfortunately change during the on-site inspection, with actual knowledge of the damage.
